The fund aims to address the lack of representation in leadership positions across the UK for young entrepreneurs tackling social inequality.
Since 2014, Hatch has pioneered a unique approach to business support activities, utilising a mix of exclusive events, peer support, hands-on seminars and 1:1 consultations to level the playing field and ensure all founders, whatever their background, are given the chance to make their mark.
9,000+ UK founders have been supported through our programmes and events since 2014.
More than 8 in 10 of founders on our longer term support programmes are women or identify as women.
More than 6 in 10 of founders on our longer term support programmes are from an ethnic minority background.
For the past ten years we have supported thousands of UK entrepreneurs from underrepresented backgrounds to launch and grow successful, impactful businesses, building a nationwide movement of business for good.
